Cancellation of service
On-site Interpreting Services
All bookings which are cancelled within less than 25 hours notice will incur cancellation charges and must be paid in accordance to our payment terms noted above.
Telephone Interpreting
Where an interpreter is successfully connected to the person initiating the telephone interpreting request the service is deemed to be provided and an invoice will be issued.
Service delivery is not subject to:
- your culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) client’s availability
- if the CALD person does not answer the telephone
- the CALD person’s telephone number is incorrect
All Graduates will monitor the duration of the telephone call.
The duration charged is from the time an interpreter is connected to the person initiating the request, that is, you – the account customer.
